Thai massage

What is Thai massage?

Thai Massage, also known as Nuad Boraen is a form of therapeutic massage. Put simply: you lie there while your therapist compresses, pulls, stretches and rocks your body to release energy blockages and relieve tension. It is a clothed massage using no oil or lotion. The overall effect is one of deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and physical and mental wellbeing.

How Does It Work?

Your therapist will use thumbs, palms, forearms, elbows, knees and feet to add pressure to the body of the recipient. Assisted stretching and pulling you into yoga positions helps in opening up joints, stretching muscles and tendons, toning internal organs and balancing energy.
