The Westoe Practice is a multidisciplinary centre for Health and Wellbeing, providing an array of professional and complementary therapies.

Cancellation policy

All appointments must have at least a 50% of total appointment amount paid as a deposit at the point of booking. If you need to amend or cancel your appointment, you can do so up to 24 hours before your appointment without penalty by contacting the Practice on 0191 425 0101 or by email info@westoepractice.com.

If an appointment is cancelled with 24 hours or less notice prior to the appointment then the 50% deposit will be lost.

We appreciate your co-operation with the above cancellation policy.

  • 1.2 Your first appointment must be made and attended within 4 weeks of the initial advertisement date (30.10.22).
  • 1.3 All appointments must be made and attended within 16 weeks of your first appointment.
  • 1.4 All appointments must be paid for in full at the booking of your first appointment via our online booking service or to a member of our admin team.
  • 1.5 Payments are non-refundable.
  • 1.6 All appointments will be subject to our cancellation policy and require 48 hours notice of cancellation .
  • 1.7 Appointments cannot be transferred to another person.
  • 1.8 The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.
  • 1.9 The offer cannot be exchanged for any other product and cannot be redeemed for a cash alternative.
  • 1.10 Normal operating conditions and opening times apply.
  • 1.11 We reserve the right to change, amend or remove this offer without prior noticeing.
