How does it work?

We will carry out a comprehensive assessment of the structure, alignment and function of your body, paying particular attention to the feet, ankles, legs, thighs, hips and lower back.

Using video gait analysis, slow motion movements are captured and a digital foot scanner records foot pressure data and body function, during standing, walking, and running.

Treatment

Treatment may include joint mobilisation and manipulation, muscle corrections, footwear guidance, corrective exercise and injury rehab, as well as foot Orthotics if required.

Custom fit Orthotics

It all starts with the feet. Poor foot function may be the cause of pain in your feet, knees, hips, or back. Think of your feet like the keyboard of a computer. Input as each foot interacts with the ground sends a series of messages throughout the complex musculoskeletal system. Your feet tell the body how to move. But what happens when this system is dysfunctioning in some way?

Prescription orthotics are sometimes incorporated into a holistic management plan and are used to improve foot function and encourage pain free movement, restoring your natural running or walking pattern.

Our team are unique in their approach and use a minimalistic technique when prescribing Orthotics, combined with precise muscle testing to provide the foot with as little support as necessary to activate muscles and encourage optimum function and body balancing. Our state-of-the-art 3D foot scanner and force plate captures an exact model of your feet on the for a perfect fit. Click here for more information
