Thai Massage
Stretch muscles and tendons, tone internal organs and balancing energy
What is Thai massage?
Thai Massage, also known as Nuad Boraen is a form of therapeutic massage. Put simply: you lie there while your therapist compresses, pulls, stretches and rocks your body to release energy blockages and relieve tension. It is a clothed massage using no oil or lotion. The overall effect is one of deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and physical and mental wellbeing.
